Light is a part of Luxy history. It has been conceived from an idea, which has become afterwards a patent, to fix the supporting structure to the upholstery through a single pipe without any screws. These are the elements that make the difference. Design is timeless and light.
Light 17000
The vertical and horizontal knitting enhances the mastery, precision and tailoring experience that are the attributes of Luxy.
Light 18000
Light in the soft pad version. The upholstery, in all its versions, is completely removable. Light has been hosted at MART – Museum of modern and contemporary art of Trento and Rovereto which has celebrated its thirtieth anniversary.
Light 16000
- Backrest: PVC carrier.
- Seat: PVC carrier.
- Structure: high-strength steel frame, round 25 mm diameter by 1,5 mm. thick chromed finishing.
- Armrests: In die-cast aluminum with chrome finish.
- Mechanism: Rocking multiblock, Relax Rocking.
- Base: In polished die-cast aluminum.
- Wheels: Self-braking rubber wheels (standard) diameter 65 mm.
- Upholstery:
- 18000 series: removable upholstery; seat polyuretane foam upholstery, density 40 kg/mc, thickness 80 mm and backrest polyuretane foam upholstery, density 30 kg/mc, thickness 40 mm.
- 17000 series: removable upholstery, polyurethane foam upholstery, density 21 kg/mc, thickness 13 mm.
- 16000 series: removable upholstery, polyurethane foam upholstery, density 21 kg/mc, thickness 13 mm.
TECHNOLOGY
RELAX ROCKING MECHANISM
- 16 ° inclination of the backrest synchronized with the seat movement 5 positions of programmed lock or free backrest.
- 1 programmed locking position (backrest all forward) or free backrest (OR)
- Seat height adjustment
- Choose the position of the back most suitable for the task (all forward or free) Free backrest: follow the movements of the spine: press the lever inside
- Backrest locked all the way forward: remove the lever – to unlock and change the angle, a slight pressure of the spine on the back is sufficient (anti-shock device)
- Backrest intensity adjustment according to the user’s weight.
ROCKING MULTIBLOCK MECHANISM
- 22° backrest inclination.
- 1 programmed locking position (backrest all forward) or free backrest (OR).
- Seat height adjuster.
- Free backrest: follows the movements of the vertebral column – left lever upwards.
- Locked backrest: choose the backrest inclination angle best suited to the task and lock it – left lever downwards – to release and change angle a slight pressure of the spine on the backrest (anti-shock device) is sufficient.
- Backrest intensity control lever according to the user’s weight.
